On Thursday evening, May 28th, at the residence of S.C. PENNIWELL, the

marriage of MISS BESIE M. FISHER to HARRY S. PENNIWELL took place. The

Rev. I.N. Woodward of the Methodist Church officiated. Only the

immediate family were present to witness the ceremony and offer

congratulations.

MISS FISHER is one of Leon's best girls, and has many friends who will

wish her happiness in the important step she has taken. The groom is a

son of our townsman, S.C. PENNIWELL, and well known to all in Leon. The

JOURNAL extends its best wishes to the young people.
