LYSINGER-SMITH A very charming home wedding occurred on New Year's night when Pres. Joseph SMITH united his youngest daughter, Lucy, and Mr. Jesse M. LYSINGER of this city.
The simple but impressive ceremony which made these two worthy young people husband and wife was preceded by a piano solo by Miss Bertha ANDERSON and followed by a dainty and well served three course dinner under the management of Mrs. Clara BURKETT, an intimate friend of the bride.
Beautiful roses and carnations in profusion were the chief adornments of the rooms, and by their very simplicity formed the most satisfactory decorations.
Very beautiful looked the bride in her simple gown of white silk and chiffon and very proud the youthful groom in his conventional attire of black.
The forty-five guests present left with the young couple many handsome tokens of their regard and to their new home in Omaha, follow many loving and appreciative wishes of the host of friends in and about this city. May peace and prosperity be their happy lot.
