On Sunday evening at 7 o'clock Rev. G.O. Long pronounced the words that made MR. O.W. HALSTEAD and MISS LENNA CUMMINGS man and wife. The ceremony was performed at the residence of the bride's mother in our city. Only the immediate relatives of the bride and groom were present. MR. HALSTEAD is the son of our worthy citizens MR. and MRS. O.B. HALSTEAD and is one of Davis City's model young gentlemen. He is a practical jeweler and Optician having recently graduated from the Optical College at Omaha, Neb.

MISS CUMMINGS is the daughter of MRS. MARY CUMMINGS of our city and has resided in our city since infancy. MISS LENNA graduated from our High School two years ago and stood well toward the head of her class, which was a large one. Since her graduation she has been teaching school and has met with good success as a music teacher. Both the bride and groom are members of the Cornet Band of our city and are very popular young people. They will make their home at the residence of the bride's mother.

May peace and prosperity abound through their journey of life is the earnest wish of the Advance.
