At the home of the bride's parents, J.J. POST and wife, MR. W.H. COX of Bethany, Mo., and MISS LEAH POST were united in wedlock, Wednesday evening.
It was a very pleasant home wedding at which were present, besides the immediate relatives of the bride and groom, a large number of personal friends of the respective families.
To the strains of the wedding march played by Miss Pearl Thompson, the bride and groom took their places in a canopied bower of lace and orange blossoms, and in an impressive manner, Elder Stebbens of Lamoni, pronounced the words that made them one. Then followed happy congratulations and best wishes.
Later on, refreshments were served. The presents were many and handsome.
The Lariat joins their many friends in wishing them a long, happy and prosperous voyage down life's stream together, and trusts that the troublous waters they will oft have to contend with, will but serve to cement their lives the closer.
