The home of MR. and MRS. W.D. SMITH, proprietor of the Bee Hive Store in Leon, Iowa, was the scene of a delightful festivity on Wednesday, Nov. 30, l903. MISS ROSA B. SMITH, their youngest daughter, and MR. RUDOLPH CLARK, of Leroy, Iowa, being united in marriage by the Rev. I.N. Woodward. The house was beautifully decorated with cut flowers and potted plants. The marriage ceremony was said with the bride and groom standing under an arch of evergreens. Many valuable and useful presents were received. Almost twenty guests were present, several being from a distance. These young people begin their married life under the most favorable circumstances and with the best wishes of all their friends. They will make their home at Leroy, for which place they took their departure on Thursday, Oct. lst.
