At the M.E. Parsonage in Davis City last evening at 8 o'clock, the beautiful ceremony was solemnized by Rev. A.H. Rusk, in the presence of a few invited friends, making PERRY R. BARR and MISS BLANCHE WILLIS, of this town, husband and wife. BLANCHE WILLIS-BARR is a daughter of our Postmaster, J.M. WILLIS, and possesses many accomplishments. She is one of Decatur County's brightest school teachers; having taught with success and satisfaction schools that others with more experience despaired of.

MR. BARR is the only son of County Supervisor, C.W. BARR, near Spring Valley, and was raised on the farm where his father now resides.

He came here nearly a year ago, accepting a position in the store of Barr & Keshlear, his father and his sister, MRS. LUCY KESHLEAR, composing the firm, which position he has held to the satisfaction of customers and employers alike. He is an intelligent young man and has a bright future before him.

This young couple starts on life's journey with flattering prospects for a happy future, and it is the earnest wish of their many friends, that sunshine and congeniality attend them while sailing the high waves of life's sea, and that prosperity crown their efforts in all their undertakings. They will make their home with MRS. LUCY KESHLEAR for the present.
