Subject: RYAN-SEARS MARRIAGE

MR. CHARLES RYAN, of Osceola, and MRS. MARGARET A. SEARS, of Leon, were

married at the home of the bride's brother, RANSOM J. PEASE, in Osceola, on

Wednesday evening of last week, the ceremony being performed by REV. WEBSTER,

pastor of the Osceola Presbyterian church, in the presence of relatives only.

Both of these parties are well know[n] to our readers, MR. RYAN having been

for many years a resident of Decatur county, and the bride has been a

resident of Leon for a long time, resigning her position as night operator at

the Leon Telephone Exchange after serving in this capacity for fifteen years.

MR. and MRS. RYAN will go to housekeeping on their fine farm three miles

south of Osceola, and a host of friends extend their hearty congratulations.
