J.H. COLLIER and MISS AGNES MCJIMSEY were united in the bonds of

matrimony by the writer at the home of the bride's parents in Van Wert,

Iowa, on the 27th day of February, l898.

This is a young couple whose acquaintance has favorably impressed me for

their future success in life. They seem to be young, industrious,

persevering, respectable and intelligent, and withal have had the

experience that by carefulness will give them success in life, and their

friends seem to take such a delight in helping them, as evidenced by the

party and grand dinner prepared for the party by the parents of the

bride.
