'WEDDING BELLS'

In the presence of a number of relatives and friends, MR. CHAS. MCNAIR
and MISS ETTA DALE were united in the holy bonds of wedlock, at the
residence of the bride's parents, three miles northeast of Pleasanton,
on Thursday last.

The crowd then enjoyed some excellent music and were soon seated at a
table fairly groaning with the good things prepared for the occasion.
You may be sure they did justice to the dinner, if not to themselves.

The bride and groom are a highly respected and appreciated couple and
have a host of friends who wish them a long life of happiness and
prosperity.  They were the recipients of several useful and valuable
presents.

The evening was spent in social conversation, singing and all seemed to
highly enjoy the occasion.
