l886 WEDDING WRITE-UP

Mr. T.B. JAMISON and Miss ELLA HALL were married May 6th, l886, at the
residence of J.M. WALLACE in Clarke County, Iowa, by the Rev. A HANCOX
of Garden Grove.

About twenty invited guests were present to witness the ceremony, after
which the bride and groom were the recipients of quite a number of
presents.

The names of the donors and their gifts are as follows:

Mr. and Mrs. L.G. JAMISON, set of silver table spoons

JOHNNIE WALLACE, cake stand
OLLIE JAMISON, silver butter knife
J.H. JAMISON, silver sugar shell

WILLIE MITCHELL, fruit dish
OLLIE MITCHELL, set of sauce dishes
FANNIE BARNETT, water pitcher
Mrs. J.M. WALLACE, pair of towels
Mr. and Mrs. BAKER, bowl and pitcher.

The next day the infair was at the residence of ROBERT JAMISON'S and
about sixty persons partook of the good things which Mrs. ROBERT JAMISON
is capable of setting before her guests, and especially on such an
occasion as this.

Thus, THOMAS and ELLA have a good start in the matrimonial life, and it
is the wish of the writer that they may never strike any breakers on the
way.

We had the pleasure of testing the cake.
