The two flower girls, Harriette Jean and Norma Nadine FOLAND, 2 and 6 years old, nieces of the bride, both wore pink taffeta and net gowns duplicating those of the other assistants. They carried baskets filled with baby chrysanthemums. Lluellis FRY, 4 years old, served as ring bearer. Paul MALLEY served as best man and ushers were Ralph ELLIS, Frank NEFF, and Charles DOWNER.

The bride and groom both were graduates of Belmont High school. The bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur FOLAND of 627 N. Bonnie Brae, have been residents of this community for the past 8 years. The groom’s parents, Dr. and Mrs. H. A. Immediately after the wedding, the bride and groom left for Flint, Michigan to pick up a new Buick. From there they motored to New York, Washington, D.C., returning the extreme southern route stopping at Carlsbad Caverns. Upon their return the couple will live at Hermosa Beach [California].
