KIRK-CAIRNS MARRIAGE
A quiet but pretty home wedding occurred at the home of the bride's mother, MRS. ELCENA BURKHART, of east Leon, Iowa, on Tuesday evening, Oct. ll, l92l, at 8 p.m., when MR. HENRY B. KIRK and MRS. LENNIE A. CAIRNS, both of Leon, were united in the bonds of matrimony, P.H. Green, officiating. The bride is a most excellent and accomplished lady, well and favorably known by a large circle of friends in social and business circles as she has been for the past several years, bookkeeper at the Exchange National Bank of Leon. The groom is one of Leon's most substantial and influential citizens having the confidence and respect of all who know him.
MR. and MRS. KIRK will go to housekeeping at once in their new home where they will be glad to receive their many friends. All join in wishing them much happiness.
