MR. OKIE BETHARDS, a well-known young farmer of near Leon and MISS MARGARET LOREY, of Des Moines, were married at Des Moines on Friday, March l8th, at the home of the bride's parents, MR. and MRS. WILL LOREY.

The groom is a son of MR. and MRS. A.P. BETHARDS, of near Leon and is a young man of sterling worth and very popular among a large circle of friends. The bride was born and resided for many years in Leon, moving with her parents to Des Moines a couple of years ago. She is a charming young lady, loved and respected by all who know her.

The happy young couple arrived from Des Moines last Thursday and after visiting a few days with his parents, will go to housekeeping on a farm near Leon. Many friends of these young people extend their heartiest congratulations for their happiness and prosperity.
