MR. OFFIE A. LEEPER and MISS (*can't read)A. RUMLEY, both well-known young people residing near Leon, were quietly married in Des Moines last Saturday, where MR. LEEPER met MISS RUMLEY as she was returning from Hampton, Iowa, where she had taught in the Hampton Schools the past two years. They returned to Leon Sunday, and will go to housekeeping in the Frank Howell property in northeast Leon.

The bride is a daughter of MR. and MRS. J.F. RUMLEY, of northwest of Leon. After graduating from the Leon High School she taught in the Leon Schools before going to Hampton, and is a popular young lady enjoying the friendship and esteem of a large circle of friends. The groom is a son of J.E. LEEPER, of northeast of Leon, an energetic young farmer and rural mail carrier who has many friends.

A host of friends extend their hearty congratulations to the happy young couple and wish them every happiness and an abundance of prosperity.
