A wedding marked by its simplicity was that of MISS GOLDEANE CHASTAIN and MR. ADRIAN GOODING, both of Des Moines, took place on August 28th at the First Methodist Parsonage in Des Moines, the Rev. Grigsby officiating.

The bride is the only daughter of MR. and MRS. J.M. CHASTAIN, of east of Leon. She has spent the past five years in Des Moines after graduating from the Leon High School, attending Drake University for a time, specializing in dramatic art, after which she took a commercial course at the C.C.C. College, and has since been employed in an office in that city. She is a young lady of culture and many accomplishments, with an amiable disposition which has made her beloved by all who know her. The groom is a son of CAPT. and MRS. J.L. GOODING, of Kellerton, a promising, energetic and upright young man, associated with a motor company in Des Moines.

MR. and MRS. GOODING will be at home to their friends in a cozy apartment in Des Moines, and a host of friends extend hearty congratulations and well wishes for their happiness and prosperity.
