MISS MAUDE DEPUEW and RAY N. HUFFER, both of Weldon, were united in marriage Tuesday morning at ten o'clock at the M.E. Parsonage in this city, Rev. Lombard performing the ceremony in the presence of the bride's parents, MR. and MRS. C.W. DEPUEW, of Weldon, the groom's brother, FAY HUFFER and wife, of Minnesota, and their friend, MISS EDNA LOCKWOOD, of Weldon.

MRS. HUFFER was graduated from the Leon High School and for the past year has taught very successfully in a Clarke County School. The groom has made his home at Weldon for two years, being employed on the O.P. Latimer farm near that place. The happy couple left that afternoon for Shenandoah where they will be at home immediately. They are highly respected young people and have many friends who will join the Sentinel in extending best wishes for a happy life together.
