Married -- In St. Mary's Church at Grand River, on Monday morning, May l0, l897, at l0 o'clock, MR. MICHAEL GROGAN, of Woodland, and MISS KATE SULLIVAN, of Center, Rev. Father Cook officiating.

The bride looked charming in a costume of steel gray lady's cloth, trimmed with white chiffon over white satin and pearls, and the groom might well feel proud of the lady he had chosen for a wife. The groom was attired in a black dress suit.

This happy couple have a great many friends throughout the country who extend hearty congratulations. The groom is one of the leading farmers and stock men of Woodland Township, where he owns several hundred acres of splendid land. The bride is the daughter of MR. and MRS. DAN SULLIVAN, prominent residents of Center Township. A reception was tendered MR. and MRS. GROGAN at the home of the bride's parents on Monday evening, where a large number of their friends assembled to do them honor, MR. and MRS. GROGAN will go to housekeeping on the old GROGAN Homestead near Woodland. The Reporter joins a host of friends in wishing them a happy and prosperous voyage through the sea of matrimony, and trusts that their ship may never encounter any but smoothe water as they journey through life.
