In Des Moines, February 8, at the home of S.G. Perry, 665 Fourteenth Street, at 7 p.m., H.E. DAVISSON of Joliet, Ill., and BERTHA M. GAMMON, of Des Moines, H.O. Breeden officiating.
MR. DAVISSON is manager for Swift & Co. at Joliet. The bride has been employed by the New England Loan and Trust Company for about seven years and has a wide circle of friends, in literary circles, especially a member of the M.G.R. Club, of ten young ladies, from which, in compliance with its rule that no married ladies may retain membership, she retires with her marriage. She is the second of the Club's members to be married in four months, and applications for the vacancies have been numerous.
MR.and MRS. DAVISSON left at 9:30 last evening for their home, and were accompanied to the Rock Island Train by the Club members, who showered them with good wishes and rice.

The bride is well and favorably known in this vicinity, being the daughter of MR. and MRS. W.E. GAMMON, of Eden Township, and was born and grew to womanhood in this county. She has many friends here who extend congratulations to the happy couple and wish them a long life of happiness and prosperity.
