CROUSE-PACE' MARRIAGE.

A pleasing and interesting ceremony took place at the home of MR. and MRS. L.F. ROBERTS, on Wednesday morning, January l7th, when the Rev. Joseph Stephen spoke the words which made HENRY CROUSE of Cainsville, Mo., and EMMA PACE of Leon, Ia., man and wife. The groom is an industrious and prosperous farmer; whilst the bride is one of the most worthy and deserving ladies of Decatur County. A few special friends witnessed the ceremony, after which lunch was served. This happy couple left on the noon train for their future home in Cainsville. We tender them our hearty congratulations, and wish them a peaceful and prosperous voyage over the ocean of life.

On Wednesday morning, Jan. l7, at l0:30 o'clock, at the home of L.F. ROBERTS, in Leon, MR. HENRY CROUSE, of Cainsville, and MISS EMMA PACE, of this city, were united in marriage by Rev. Joseph Stephen, Pastor of the M.E. Church.

The groom is a thrifty and well-to-do farmer owning a fine farm 2 l/2 miles north of Cainsville. He is a son of CALVIN CROUSE, a brother of STEPHEN CROUSE of this city.

The bride is one of the most sterling and excellent young ladies in Decatur County where she has resided all her life and has made a host of warm friends.

After the ceremony an appetizing luncheon was served to the immediate friends who witnessed the ceremony.

MR. and MRS. CROUSE left on the noon train for Cainsville where a reception was tendered them last evening at the home of the groom's father.

We extend hearty congratulations and best wishes for a successful and happy future.
