The Decatur County Historical Society

Summer Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Fridays 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

The purpose of the The Decatur County Historical Society is to preserve historical artifacts of Decatur County and to share them through the Decatur County Historical Museum which is located in the 100 block of North Main in Leon.

The Museum is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day on Tuesday and Friday afternoons, 1-5 p.m. Other visits can be arranged by contacting:
