Mr. Charles BUFFUM died at his residence, five miles northeast of Garden Grove Thursday morning, after an illness of a couple of weeks.

The county loses an excellent citizen in his heath. He leaves a wife and five children, besides a large circle of friends and neighbors, to mourn his early departure.

His funeral was from the residence at 10 o'clock Friday morning, conducted by Rev. BEER, pastor of the Presbyterian church. A very large concourse of (rest unreadable).
