The last will of SARAH J. AUSTIN, who died in Pope County, Minn., has been filed for probate. The will is dated at Davis City, Iowa, June l, l895, being witnessed by J.H. Robinson, Emma C. Lanning and Geo. P. Campbell. She bequeaths to her daughter MARY JANE BONDINETTE $5, to her son, CHARLES B. AUSTIN $5, to her son, LEWIS W. AUSTIN $5, and to her daughter, MATTIE LILLIE AUSTIN, she bequeaths all the remainder of her property, both personal and real estate, of every kind, and appoints her daughter MATTIE LILLIE AUSTIN executrix of the will without bond.
