The case of N. T. JUDD against W. J. LUSE was tried by the district court last Friday. It was a hard fought contest and resulted in a judgment in favor of the defendant for costs. Messrs. KINCAID, of Des Moines, and CURRY, of Leon, were for the plaintiff and AMOS of Garden Grove, and HARVEY & PARRISH, of Leon for defendant.
