THOMAS J. MUNYON vs. Merchants' and Bankers' Mutual Fire Insurance Co. The plaintiff held an insurance policy in the defendant company on his life stock, and alleges that on Oct. l0, l90l, two of his mules worth $200 were killed by lightning. His policy provided that not more than $75 should be paid on any one animal, so defendant filed proof of his loss with claim for $l50, but the company has failed to make a settlement with him, so suit is brought for $l50.
