From Decatur County Journal:

A man by the name of EMLEY was arrested at Grand River last week charged with "bootlegging." His case will come up before Justice J. S. DAVIDSON at Grand River Tuesday afternoon at four o'clock. County Attorney A. P. OLSEN will appear for the state and C. W. HOFFMAN for the defendant.
