We see by the Register that Judge HARVEY and C. W. HUFFMAN won their case in the U. S. Dist. Court at Des Moines last week. They were there in the interest of a young man by the name of HUKILL who was charged with breaking in the post office at Grand River. He was acquitted. All the evidence adduced was purely circumstantial.
