History: The first tombstone burial was Catherine M. Trullinger (age 16) died 1859. Land around cemetery was owned by Trullingers. (May also have been known as Reynolds Cemetery -- It is located west of Reynolds settlement and school.)

The cemetery is located on a hill and cannot be seen from the road; rocked driveway up to cemetery; fenced; no trees. There are about 20 rocks and boulders marking unknown graves.

Joseph W., son of Gabriel & Elizabeth Moss Trullinger, came to High Point Township in 1855 and settled 120 acres in Section 17. He married Jennie Ridgeway in 1878. Joseph was youngest of 8 children -- perhaps Catherine M. Trullinger (first burial) was his sister. Mr. Trullinger & Mr. Reynolds laid out the plat of the cemetery from Trullinger land.
