History:  Hollen Cemetery is also referred to as Evergreen Cemetery in the WPA records. (The Evergreen Church is located one mile southeast of the cemetery.)  In the fall of 1980, it was discovered that tombstones had been taken from Hollen and put in other cemeteries--one found in Sweet Home (#10-2) and one in Lillie (#10-5)  it is not known if others had been moved or not.  New fencing is on three sides of this cemetery; the south boundary along the road is open.

Re-canvassed by Leah Sue Price Walling July 19, 2000.  New info. is added and changes are noted in RED.
