Grandma FROST visited last week with S. EVANS'.

MRS. PHIL. DETRICK visited with her daughter and grandchildren.

Messrs. HAMIL and ALLEY have rented farms near Garden Grove.

L.D. GARBER had visitors last week.

There is some fall plowing done.

WILL DAVIS is building a house on his farm.

D. PEAS and wife visited in Eden Township last Sunday.

Grandpa GARDNER was not able to go to the polls to vote.

Mesdames SEARS, JOHNS, MORGAN, RAMBO, CAREY, LANEY, LONG and E. LANEY were callers at MR. SEARS' to see the new Democratic boy. Glad to see the interest taken in these men of the future as the hope of reformers lie in these coming men.

Misses GOLDIE STEWART and CLARA GARDNER visited with MRS. HAMILTON.

MR. HAMIL sold MR. MIDDLEBROOK 300 bushels of corn.

MR. MIDDLEBROOK, of Humeston, visited with his brother last week.

MR. KIME has done some fall plowing on his new purchase.

L. CARTER and family visited in Center last Sunday.

MR. and MRS. W.E. GAMMON and MRS. BERTHA DAVISSON visited at Pine Grove last week.

MR. and MRS. J.W. LONG and son visited at WAYNE GAMMON's Sunday.

MRS. JOSIE FLETCHER and baby left for her home in Kansas last Thursday.

JOHN OSBORN was using his corn shredder at MR. BAKER's Saturday.

WILL FLETCHER and family Sundayed at LEM VANOSTRANDS.
