ORDINANCE NO. 44.

An Ordinance to prohibit exercising or exhibiting Horses, commonly known as stallions, on the Main street of the Incorporated Town of Garden Grove, Iowa.

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the Incorporated Town of Garden Grove, Iowa:

SECTION 1. That all person are hereby prohibited from riding, driving or leading, for the purpose of exercising or exhibiting Horses, commonly known as stallions, on the Main street of the Incorporated Town of Garden Grove, Iowa.

SEC. 2. Any person found guilty of violating Section One (1) of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding Twenty-Five dollars ($25.00) for each offense and shall stand committed until such fine is paid.

SEC. 3. This ordinance is to be in full force and effect on and after its publication in the Garden Grove Express.
