"To: Elsie Smeltzer" (Elsie is sister to my grandfather Paul Ora Smeltzer b. 1902 Redfield area.)
Elsie's mother married a KELTNER after my grandfather James Elmer SMELTZER b. 1873 passed. And Loretta's and Irma's mother was also a KELTNER .... so they were "cousins by marriage'. Both Loretta and Irma may be depicted in this post 1915 image. Guessing 1917 - 1920 period.
