Know ye, That Thomas Kennelly a Private of Captain A.S. Dykeman Company, (H), 1st Ball. 16th Regiment of US Infantry, who was enlisted the 10th day of January one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Two to serve Three years, is hereby Discharged from the Army of the United States, in consequence of Expiration of Term of Enlistment.

Said Thomas Kennelly was born in Ireland, is 21 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, Fair complexion, Grey eyes, Brown hair and by occupation when enlisted a Farmer.

Given Under my hand at Lookout Mountain, Tenn, this 10th day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Sixty five
