Whiskers of a Former Day
Lined up here for their photograph are l. to r.: Cornelius Kopp, Charles Schecker, Carl Blanchaine and Jacob Falkenhainer. Kopp came from Switzerland, while the other three men were from Germany. All made their home in or near Elkader in the 1850's.
