Dora Connor Wilson photo above is undated |
Dora E. Connor Wilson was b. 1859, at Pony Hollow, IA. Her parents, Louis (b. ca1830) and M. Carroline (b.ca 1839) Connor, were from N.Y. They later moved to Southern MN., where Dora married William A Wilson.
William & Dora made their home at Devils Lake, N.D. Dora is mentioned as a McGregor resident in a write up on her husband in the early 1900's. With the article & these photos I'm reasonably sure of some family connection in the past to McGregor. I am hoping to find someone that can furnish me with info on Pony Hollow.

Elizabeth, Millie Labbs & Zelpha Willmott, ca 1934, McGregor
Zelpha Willmott was Dora's younger sister. I don't know who Millie Labbs & Elizabeth are. I believe these with McGregor in the photos were taken on a girls trip back to the old home grounds in June 1934 (date on back of 2 pic's) My mother, Naomi I. Brown Redman, was along on this trip also and is in the photo below.

It would be nice if someone could connect with these pictures; but either way they are apart of my & McGregor's history. I would greatly appreciate any information on any person in these photos, or of the locations where the photos were taken ---- Dan, great-grandson of Dora Wilson
If a Clayton co. researcher can offer Dan additional info. please reply to this query.
