Submitted by William Deets II

My great-great grandfather, Private Frank Cory Deets, enlisted August of 1862.  He fought many battles according to his eulogy and was injured at Missionary Ridge near look out mountain, and it seems he returned to the ranks.  He was in the Atlanta campaign and marched with Sherman to the sea.
