Lynes Family Reunion-The eleventh annual reunion of the Lynes family was held at the suburban home of Amos Lynes of Plainfield Saturday, June 17, and was one of the most largely attened reunions that have been enjoyed by this large family, there being eightly four members present.  Although the weather was rather cool the day was ideal.  For months past these relavtives had been looking forward to this day, when they would all be reunited, many coming hundreds of miles to participate in the opleasures of the day, although the majority of them reside in and around Nashua.  A large table had been erected upon the lawn and at noon the guest gathered around the festal board and partook of a most sumptuous dinner.  F. W. Mueller of Waverly was also present, and a picture was taken of the Lynes family as they were seated as the table and late another was taken of them as a group.  Following the dinner they again assembled in the house where a musical and literary program was rendered, after which refreshments of ice cream and cake were served.  Chas. Farnsworth was elected president for the coming year and Mrs. C. E. Hastings, secretary.  Mrs. Mary Ham, of Boston, a sister of the Lynes family, sent a beautiful bouquet of cut flowers, as she was unable to be present upon this occasion, although she has frequently attended these reunions.  The bouquet was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Amos Lynes after each sister had been presented with a carnation.  A letter of regret written by Mrs. Ham was also read, as were other letters from absent loved ones.
