CONFIRMATION CEREMONIES

Eleven Confirm Their Faith at St. John Lutheran
 On Sunday, June 8, eleven members of St. John Lutheran Church, 300 Merrill, Nashua, affirmed their faith in God the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit and promised to assume greater responsibility in the church.
Their Confirmation was the climax of two years of study during which they read and discussed most of the Bible, with special emphasis on the Ten Commandments, the Christian faith, prayer, Baptism and Holy Communion.
Those confirmed were: Alex Wieke, Cody Knutson, Tom Parcher, Sam Renz, Travis Nieman, Franklin Leslie, Amanda Lienemann, Jami Frost, Austin Schuler. Josh Fisher, and Randal Leslie.

Ten Youth Confirmed at United Methodist Church
Ten youth were confirmed April 13, Palm Sunday, at the United Methodist Church, Nashua. They were: Alex McGregor, Annie Veeder, Briana DePuew, Theresa Berends, Logan Marvin, Kathryn Skilton, Branden Siemons, Chase Sudol, Nic Sinnwell and Amber Lines. A reception honoring those being confirmed was held in the Fellowship Hall prior to the service.
