MESERVEY - By a margin of 14 votes of the 60 per cent required, Meservey voters Monday approved a bond issue of $8,000 for building a new auditorium and gymnasium. A transfer of $2,000 from the general fund is also involved in the construction.

At a previous election, two years ago, the proposal was defeated.

G. B. GRUIS and W. J. HARTFELDER were re-elected to the board without opposition.
