Holy Family Pupils Get First Places in Fidac Essay Contest.

Two Holy Family students placed first and second in the Fidac essay contest sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary and will receive their prizes at the Auxiliary meeting Thursday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the Y.M.C.A.

Marian WEAVER won first place and Eugene CAVANAUGH, second. Frances WEAVER and Joanne WHALEN received honorable mention in the contest.

Judges were Mrs. William BUTLER, Mrs. William THRAMS and Mrs. Morris LAIRD.
