Kenneth Holmlund, 47, 318 Jefferson N.W., Sunday was elected third vice-president of the Iowa State Conference of Bricklayers, Masons and Plasterers International Union of America. Holmlund was a delegate from the Mason City union.

John Tokarezyk, Sioux city, is president; Leo Seyb, Keokuk, is first vice-president; and William Forrest, Cedar Rapids, is second vice-president.
