DOUGHERTY -- Miss Vera DOUGHERTY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barney DOUGHERTY of Dougherty, became the bride of Floyd "Mike" RAMKER of Greene at St. Mary's church in Greene Nov. 22 [1948]. The Rev. P. J. BOYLE officiated. The couple plans to live in Greene where Mr. RAMKER is engaged in the carpenter trade.
