Mr. and Mrs. Henry Cahill announce the marriage of their daughter, Lenore, to Ralph Joynt of Mason City, son of Mr. and Mrs. T.P. Joynt of Emmetsburg, which took place Jan. 8, 1934, at Manly. The Rev. Gus Ehl, pastor of the Sacred Heart church, officiated. Attending them were Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Thomas of Clear Lake.

The bride, as winner of the popularity contest conducted in Mason City two years ago in which she amassed more than four million votes, was given a trip to Cuba.
