- During the heavy rainstorms last Saturday night J. F. Kelly's house was struck by lightning and quite a little damage done. The chimney was torn to pieces and several large holes were torn in the roof and the rooms in the upper part of the house were badly damaged. Luckily no one happened to be in this part of the house at the time the lightning struck.
