personally came Eli Reynolds and after being by me duly sworn Saith that he seen
one of notices posted up in Geneva Musquitine County, then Wisconsin Territory
being a list of the enumeration of the inhabitants of Musquitine County and that
he saw the same prescribe to the setting of the Legislator at the Called session
in June 1838 and that the said lists is as signed by the Sherriff of Musquitene
