Garrigus, Who being by me duly sworn deposeth that two correct coppies of the list of the census for the County of Des Moines and territory of Wisconsin has posted up in two of the most public places in said County previous to the return of the Sheriff to the Secretary of the Territory Given under my hand and seal this 10th day of June 1838 Wm Griffey Justice of the Peace
