Rebekah Lodge Begins Here in October 1902

         Helping Hand Rebekah Lodge No. 517 was organized in Tipton Oct. 24, 1902,with fifty charter members. The lodge was started upstairs in the building occupied by Randa's Market, and still owned by the 1. O. O. F. lodge.
         Mrs. Clara Casterline is the only living charter member still active in the organization. Several of the others who are still here have dropped out.
