Returned: Jim Wilson, the lunatic who was taken to the insane asylum last Spring returned to his former home in Rochester township on last Friday night...he was returned back after escaping.

Married, by Rev D.S. Altman, on the 1st institution at the residence of the bride’s father, Mr. Jacob Valentine & Miss Mary Hoon; all of Tipton.

Married, on the 1st institution at the residence of the bride’s father, in Rochester township, by J.S. Smith, Esq.; Mr. N. Marion Hardman & Miss Ellen Willford; all of Rochester township, Cedar County, IA.

Married, at the residence of the bride’s father, Dec 19, 1867, in Inland township, Cedar County, by Rev. L.C. Woodford, Mr. Albert D. Coleman & Miss Lizzie Yeisley, all of Cedar County, IA.

Administrator Notice: Josephine Howard has been appointed Administratix and James M. McCready administrator of the estate of Z. Howard, deceased, late of Cedar County, Iowa.

Married on the 20th February at Tipton, by Elder Wm. Bagley, Mr. Emanuel Young & Mrs. Sarah J. Winsor; all of this county.

Married at the parsonage in Graham Township, Feb 25th by Rev. Andrew Coleman, Mr. Robert B. Smith & Miss A.B. Smith.

Died of Typhoid fever on the 24th of February 1868, Miss Anna Snyder of Red Oak Grove.

Died on the 8th Mar 1868, at her residence in Inland Township, Mrs. Sarah Draucker, aged 61 years.

Married on the 22d inst, at Rochester, IA, Mr. Geo W. Wise and Miss Indiana Walters; both of this county.

Married at the residence of the bride’s father in Rochester, April 5th by Elder J. Jennings, Mr. Orlando Howe and Miss Mary E. Walters.

Died in Tipton, Iowa Feb 18th 1868 after a brief illness (pneumonia), Elisha Wilkinson aged 67 years, 8 months, 16 days, citizen of Cedar County, since 1861.
