Ry., in Pioneer township, Cedar county, 14 miles northwest of Tipton, the county seat, 24 east of Cedar Rapids, and 57 west of Clinton. Has Baptist Catholic, Methodist and Presbyterian churches, an opera hall, 2 banks, a public hall, electric light, telephone facilities and a weekly newspaper, the Pioneer Press.
