Rosewood Camp No. 5398, Royal Neighbors of America, was organized in Clarence under Charter issued on June 11, 1908. When formed, and for years thereafter, this organization, along with the local Modern Woodmen, held their meetings in their own facilities. It was then known as Woodman Hall, later as the K and M Hall, and is now living quarters over the Mast Mini-Mall. Today these ladies continue to meet, once a month, in members’ homes participating in local projects and District and State Functions of the Royal Neighbors.
