Grant School - Atlantic, Iowa
According to the "History of Atlantic" published by the Chamber of Commerce in 1968 for the Atlantic Centennial, bonds were voted in 1890 for construction of Grant School. Construction costs were approximately $8,000. Grant School was located at 3rd and Cedar. The above undivided back photo post card dates from approximately 1902-1907.
